Yasmin

Yasmin first appeared as a Rootstein mannequin in 1990 with the release of the The Frieze Collection. Sculptor John Taylor worked with Yasmin in the late 1980s after she became a star on the London modelling scene.

Yasmin Parvaneh was originally spotted at the age 0f 17, working in the early 1980s in an Oxford boutique. She rose to become an international star and went on to marry pop star, Simon Le Bon in 1985.

Working with Adel Rootstein, sculptor John Taylor and then up-and-coming stylist, Kevin Arpino, Yasmin would go on to be included in 2 further collections.

Yasmin is now available as a new Rootstein collection, released in 2024.
